I have really dark eyebrows, which are almost black, and they are thick, but I get them waxed, but my hair is brownish/red, with natural gold highlights. Do you think I should try to lighten my eyebrows?? Is it bad to have dark eyebrows??

i would have to see a photo. lightening brows is NOT something you can or should even attempt at home. i am a professional stylist and there are products i can specially order to lighten brows made just for that purpose, it does work and does last about 1-3 months before reapplication is necessary. call salons/spas in your area and find an esthetician or stylist that will do this for you. usually cost about $30, you can get waxed while you are at it.

In general, brows are to be 1 to 2 shades lighter than your haircolor....if you want to keep the haircolor go to the best salon in town and get their opinion I think there are vegetable-based dyes that can safely be used on brows, but they could tell you for sure...OR you may want to consider a different haircolor, if you stop & think of all the upkeep involved for both hair and brows, but hey, it's your time and money!!!!!!!!

i dont't think you should change the color of your eyebrows cause you probably wont get the right shade and it will look redicouous....i have red hair and brown eyebrows
