Astronauts are very busy all the time. I doubt they have time to waste on Yahoo! Answers like we do.
However, some former astronauts have web pages. See the first source. I have never see a blog though.
Anousheh Ansari, the most recent private person to pay the Russians for a ride up to and back from the ISS, has a blog. See the second source.
