Vaseline is the best,Rub a generous amount of vaseline on your feet and wrap it up in a plastic bag overnight.

There is just about no way to get your feet in shape without using some sort of product. For one thing you must get rid of the dead skin that has accumulated through out the summer. Wearing sandals in the summer can make your feet really terrible. Avon carries some very inexpensive products for feet. Also I've heard Gold Bond cream for feet is excellent. Otherwise you can try softening them with vaseline plus wearing socks to keep the vaseline in place. But remember, before you use moisturizer you really must remove the dead skin.

I have this problem as well, especially after wearing sandals all summer. I make a habit of scrubbing the bottom of my feet in the shower and then mousturizing right away. I use bath and body works body butter for my feet and then I put socks on right away to lock in the mouisture. If it's more severe you might have to buy specialty products, Sally Hansen has some cheap ones.

Soak in Warm water and Epson's Salt. Take a sponge and put some olive oil on it and rub the bottoms of your feet for a few minutes each night.. be soft in a week =)

I use sandpaper to get rid of the dead skin. Then before bed I put a liberal ammount of vaseline or (this sounds weird) vapor rub on my feet and put on a thick pair of socks. Usually a week later they're good as new.
