I ask a question about the most important book people have read, EXCLUDING THE BIBLE, and people still feel the need to ignore the question and thump their Bibles. Why is it that these people do this?

It annoys me to no end that people cannot adhere to the parameters of the question. If someone doesn't like the question, don't answer it.

Because they are Bible Thumpers and are blinded by religion it's like a neon sign flashing in their minds praise God spread the word blah blah blah they have no idea I personally feel sorry for these folks must be exhausting preaching propaganda and trying to save all the sinners in the world

I think people in general respond without thinking about the question asked. They stop listening or reading when they think they have the answer. It's the race to the answer...
