no, my breast aren't sore. Could this be anxiety? Anyone else ever felt this way?

It could be from caffeine.
Anxiety and panic attacks dont usually cause gas, but milk allergies and caffeine can.

I HAD THE SAME Thing! and i totally thought i was Prego! how i dont know b/c im on Birth control. but i felt as if i was totally having pregnancy symptoms, and no sore breasts or vomitting, Basically i was bloated,crampy,gassy, nauseas, and kept getting jittery b/c i couldnt fathom being pregnant. I took like 6 HPT all neg, i finanlly went to my DR. yesterday, and LOW and BeHOLD, its some "GAS VIRUS" stomach bug thats goin around.....probably what you have too! but to be safe go to a DR. it will really put yyour mind at ease if you have anixety like i do!!

There have been mild cases of stomach bugs going around for a few weeks now. Many different styles, some worse than others, and some lasting longer. Stick it out for a few more days, and drink lots of fluids. If you still feel like crap in a few days, consult a physician.

Quite honestly-I think you could be pregnant, but you may also want to have your thyroid checked. You might have hyperthyroidism. This can cause all kinds of emotional and physical symptoms.

you may very well be having panic attacks that can cause you stomach upset and gas (my blood pressure and heart rate increase with mine)....there are also many medical conditions,associated with those symptoms...I would definately go see a doctor...
