A person I know divorced her husband several years ago, and she just recently found out that on the divorce decree, his name is misspelled... Does that mean it's Void?

No. A small clerical error does not invalidate the decree. If his name was "Tony" and it was spelled "Tom" she might want to have the record corrected in case she ever needs to show proof of the divorce (like getting a new marriage license). It could save some time in the future if the error is corrected now.
