If it's not a weird way to spell the French "moi" (me), this is often used in chatrooms or e-mails and stands for a kiss. It is an onomatopoeic "word". Other ways of spelling the very same thing are often mwah or muah or anything in that direction..hope this helps!

If you are speaking of the fad word used (over used) about ten years ago...it means "me" and a questioning manner (I would do/say/feel this?). MANIAC
