Is there a credit card that has a cheaper charge for foreign purchases than is less than 3%?

going to Germany in a 2 months and would prefer not to pay such a high fee.

LLoyds TSB are offering a credit card with no charges for buying abroad and a 6 month free transfer of credit balance from another card. Look at Motley fool website to compare rates.

Why don't you take a bunch of Visa Debit Cards?

They don't charge you any fees.
