Disraeli's parents were Jewish, but I believe he was an Anglican Christian.
If you consider that communists were often atheists, then yes Europe has had several non-christian leaders. I imagine several of the socialist governments were also headed by non-believers.

Are you asking specifically about Jewish/Muslim/Hindu/Buddhists?

Disraeli regarded himself as being Anglican, as he was baptised as one at an early age. However, he recognised himself as an ethnic Jew. The Jewish community may view him as Jewish, as his mother was, but he didn't practice Judaism.

There have been lots of non-Christian leaders of western countries, but not in recent history. Parts of Spain were ruled by Muslim kings, as was Greece and the Balkans.

Yes, the United States.
George Washington, James Madison and James Monroe were all primarily considered to be Deists with varying degrees of cursory Christian involvement.
Thomas Jefferson was Deist, not Christian.
Abraham Lincoln was Deist, not Christian.
Andrew Johnson, Ulysses Grant and Rutherford Hayes - all unaffiliated with any faith.
