I have been accepted by two colleges that I am choosing not to attend. How do I tell them that I dont want to go that school anymore? Who would I tell?

For a regular acceptance letter, you don't have to do anything. You tell them you take their offer by sending in your deposit. If you don't, they consider that a rejection automatically. So, just make sure to do everything your top choice wants you to in order to start enrolling. You can ignore the other one.

You dont have to do anything except not show up or register for classes. If you've accepted an athletic scholarship it will be harder to get out of this. But otherwise, most people get accepted to multiple institutions and the colleges don't expect anything until you've registered for classes or they have your money.
