Looks like this is an alarm that your CPU is running very hot 60 degrees celcius.

Causes of this can be:
Overclocking of CPU settings in BIOS causing the CPU to run faster than it was certified for.

Dirty Fan blades on CPU cooling Fan
Worn CPU fan not turning fast enough
Insufficient cool air available for CPU cooling - warm air not leaving case or something warm is blowing on to CPU reducing efficiency of CPU cooling. DID you add a Video card recently?

Poor thermal contact between the heatsink and CPU (insufficient thermal paste used or heatsink has recently been removed without reapplying heat sink compound)
Heat Sink may be loose and needs to be reattached.

Impropper speed setting of CPU cooling fan - Fan running to slow to cool CPU

60° is very hot and the CPU won't last long at this temp. I would buy an extractor fan to put inside your case or just take the side panel off of your tower.
