A slap on the wrist is about as much as it amounts to. It is ridiculous that they are able to get away with so much with so many young players looking up to them to be the example.

If you are talking about physical consequences of using steroids......there is severe acne, uncontrollable rage, kidney and heart problems, shrinking testicles, and death, among other additional problems.
