I see a trend with the current administration to blame the previous administration for EVERYTHING that they do wrong today. Curiously enough, they never blame the administration BEFORE Clinton, they sometimes reach as far back as Carter, but not Bush senior.

Is 'the buck stops there' a modified Bushism too?

Its always been the case of "passing the buck" for incompetents and cowards, they try to keep it low key, reps and dems both.
Although Bush has made it an art form.
Isn't hilarious that every time Bush(The TERROR President) and his administration do anything bad(when have they done otherwise?) Clinton gets the blame?

Nope, we are just seeing the realization that a lot of things slipped through the cracks while Slick Willy was getting it on with Monica.

And in many cases, the buck does stop with Clinton. Remember, we were supposed to have Hillary fix all our healthcare problems in 1992...here we are 15 years later and she didn't do anything to fix it while her husband was in the White House and she hasn't done anything in the Senate. Whose fault is that supposed to be?
