I know many in Iraq want it to be televised, because they won't believe he's actually dead unless they see it. They didn't believe his sons were dead until the photos were published. I don't know about it being broadcast in the US- I imagine most media companies here recognize the desire of many to watch it, but might not broadcast it in the name of general decency. Perhaps they'll put it on their websites with a warning, like they did with the pictures of Saddam's sons.

I would love it, but highly doubt it will happen.

Lethal injections aren't televised here in the States, why would a hanging be televised in Iraq? Just cuz the guy's famous for being a jag? Naaawwww.

Quote from Dead Man Walking

Sister Helen Prejean: What he was involved with was evil. I don't condone it. I just don't see the sense of killing people to say that killing people's wrong.

Prison guard: You know what the Bible say, 'An eye for an eye'.

Sister Helen Prejean: You know what else the Bible ask for death as a punishment? For adultery, prostitution, homosexuality, trespass upon sacred grounds, profane in a sabbath and contempt to parents.

Interesting.

Why, you gonna bring the kiddies, marshmallows and wienies? Just tell them this isn't Hollywood. That's an actual dead guy they're watching in the making.

i would pay to watch that. I think it should be a public execution and it should be russian roulette style. you know tie the rope lose a bunch of time and let him fall to the floor and break his knees, then do it again and again till the final time. he deserves to suffer.
