There's no where near enough info here. If you are trying to uninstall
zoneAlarm just go to the Control Panel, choose 'Add/Remove Programs' and then choose ZoneAlarm.

Sorry, but "I cant delete none of the program files on zonelab" doesn't make sense. As a whole, a program in can't be in deleted while in use. You should turn it off first so it can unload from ram and release whatever other system resources it is currently using. Never just delete a prog without first trying Add/Remove Programs. This can and usually does cause system instability. How much depends on the prog in question. If it loads with Windows it can cause pure havoc if a file is missing on boot.
If it's something that the anti-spyware found, just download Ad-Aware-install, update and do a full system scan. Then do the same with SpyBot Search & Destroy. Delete the crap they find. These are both freeware and do a better job than ZLs spyware scanner.
If it's ZLs anti-virus, dump it for either AVG or Avast. These are free. If your willing to shell out $40 US you can Nod32 which is the best AV available. Period.
Also try ZoneLabs support page. Your problem may be listed there.
Sorry, but post more info like what program you trying to delete. More specific info will help greatly.
Good luck and happy New Year!

I presume you have more than one user account on your computer...just go into their accounts and disable firewall then go back to your account and delete using remove/add programs...its the only thing i can suggest
