I love Ariana & Julian. My name is Ashley and throughout school I was known as Ashley E. because there were atleast 3 other Ashley's in every class. Way too common.

Ashley is a little plain.. There are 4 girls in my grade named Ashley, and trust me, I know how annoying it is to have the same name as someone else. (My name is Sam.) Julian is an awesome name. My cousin is named Julian, so maybe I'm a little biased. Ariana is a very unique name, and very cool as well.

I dont really like Julian for a boy. It seems everyone will find some kind of short name for a person so he may end up with a nickname like jul or Jul's. Ariana is a beautiful name I think for a girl. Good luck I think boys names are really hard. It took us 6 months to pick our son's name, Ashton.

Here in the UK, Julian is quite an old-fashioned/ upper-class name. (Did you ever read the Famous Five books by Enid Blyton as a child?) Don't know whether that turns you on or off the name!

Ashley would do for boy or girl but it's kind of wimpy in my opinion (especially for a boy).

I have never heard Ariana before, it's pretty.

I'm pregnant and we are refering to the baby as Popcorn for now, of course we won't be naming it that! But I like having a name to refer to him/her by instead of "the bump"

Good luck with whatever-its-name-is!!!
