I tend to like really good vocals, anything moody, acoustic, moving, jazzy...

Any suggestions?

I like the Crimson Jazz Trio with the King Crimson Song Book Volume One. However it has no vocals on it at all unless you count somebody counting 1-2-3 and the one that ends with a dog.
