Quite frankly because they already appease the oil companies that back terrorist activities and will fall in line with Bush when he takes over as a world dictator think he won't explain this !

Considering that France was a supporter of the Ayatollah Khomeini and Yassir Arafat, was a big benefactor and arms supplier to Saddam, and has consistently opposed Israel, why would terrorists attack such an ally?

France's weakness is that it kow-tows to the violent Muslims that now make a significant portion of its population. It tries to appease them, but in the long run, it will not work. They are imploding; there's no need for external attacks.

1995 Al Quaida inspired attacks on France, in Paris and Lyon. A 4-month bombing campaign. Attacks on the Paris metro, the Arc de Triomphe and outside a Jewish school in Lyon. Between 1993 and now the majority of Al Quaida inspired attacks have been in Turkey, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

"Disenfranchised" French Muslim "Youths" rioted for months in France in 2005. Sniper attacks against police ensued.

France is no longer a world power.. maybe about one notch above Luxembourg now. No attention-getting benefits for terrorists by attacking them

Oh, it has been a target, just not in the conventional sense. Recall the riots in October & November 2005.

France is loaded with Muslims. I would think that burning down Paris was certainly not the act of so called peace loving Muslims or Christians.

They're so weak that nobody cares. They have already been terrorized. Some might consider the rioting by Muslims to have been terror.
