I have a broken PS2 I will sell you for $75...Otherwise I think you might have a hard time finding one.

I don't recall exactly how much they are, but you can buy used & refurbished ones at EBgames or GameStop.

If you only want ro spend $75, how will you afford teh games? My husband and I have a Wii and a 360 and the games are $50-60 a pop
