dog catcher stoled my dogs while cops had me in jail cell refusing to lat me phone or send any letter as that always do dog catcher had dogs sold in california & oregon animal control refuses to speek about it only tell me to talk to dounty sheriffs who tell me to get a lawyer i am poverty lever lagal aid never has helped ever for anything can not pay over 5,000 lawyers say cost to sue a dog catcher can not find bro bono or contingecy lawyer state bar refuses to give referal in face tells me never contact them for anything when i phone the bar.the charges cop arrested me for i did not even do and was dismuses was not even alowed to get out of incarisation for 3 months to go to court about the charges court apointed lawyer refused to even discuess anything about the charges for that entier 3 months i was incarisated. befor the 5 minut court lawyer told me judge told him if i pleed ed no contest he would let me go home from the court room. i wanted plee not guilty not alowed toPLEE it

i was in a cell all alown as i am always put. never alowed to phone or mail any letter. the charges i was arrested for were dis missed BUT NOT FOR SIX MONTHS. AND THE CHARGES I WAS ARRESTED FOR WERE NOT EVEN DISCUSED NOT EVEN ONE WORD ABOUT WHAT I WAS ARRESTED FOR WAS SPOKEN ABOUT IN THAT DAMNED ILLEGAL COURT ROOM. my doge had nothing to do with what i was arrested for. thay were chaned inside my locked house. dog catcher stoled them the came to me cell and tryed to make me sign them over to him. i refused. i desportly wanted to have my sister take cair of them. she has a kennel of her own. i am never alowed to contact anyone from jail. dog catcher had dogs taken to 2 differend dog rescue places for different kinds of pure bred dogs of my dosa types. thay were sold from those places. new owners do not even know thay were stolen. animal control says to talk to sharriffs deputys thay say GET A LAWYER. being poverty level. can not pay the over 5,000 lawers i can not pay want for it. ressently some unknown person changed the locks of my house. since i am not alowed to phone the cops i phoned state cops in another county asking that a rep[ort be written about my licks being changed. those cops called 911 who made a city cop come to the pay phone. HE REFUSED TO MAKE THE REPORT. i can not get report written even when a state cop contacts 911 to get a cop to come. you think this is funny? well well it is as scarry as hell. i can not pay for any lawyer ever. lawyers say lagal aid is soposet to be handeling lots of things for years. always refusd assistance. LAGAL AID HAS DONE LIIGAL THINGS CONCERNING OVER 39.000 OV MY INSURANCE MONEY BEING PAYED BY LEGAL AID AND THE INSURANCE MAN TO A CONTRACTER THAT I HAD TORE UP HIS ESTIMET ANT TOLD THE INSURANCE MAN THAT I DID NOT WANT THE CONTRACTER AND HATED LEGAL AIF FOR NEVER HELPING ME. legal aid says to take legal aid to court how I AM POVERTY LEVEL. hundreds of lawyers keep saying GET A LAWYER looking for YEARShow i get lawer

if you did something dumbass enough to end up in jail and couldn't take care of your dogs, you don't deserve to own them. Grow up, and deal. the dogs are in a better place.

Most of the time when this happens both parties have some responsibility in the conflict. If a lawyer refuses a case where he/she could make money, it is because the person wanting to hire them is at fault for a crime as well. You need to examine your actions. If you have done something to bring on what has happened to you, you need to take responsibility for the consequences of your actions. I am below the poverty level as well, but I know my rights and responsibilities. I know better than to do something stupid, then expect to be given restitution because I am poor. Too many people think that society owes them something. Honestly, you sound to me like one of these people. Stand up and take responsibility for your life. You are in total control of what happens to you. You can't be a victim unless you allow it to happen. If you are truly being wronged, then Nursecharlie's advice is right on target.

It sounds like you have enough problems without trying to sue a municipal employee for doing his job. If you were incarcerated for 3 months, and had no one to look after your dog, what are they supposed to do about it? Instead of whining about your situation and trying to get society to solve your problems, straighten yourself out and get your life together.

wow dude i'm really sorry. making a telephone call is a courtesy that changes by jurisdiction - it's not guaranteed in the Constitution - although most allow one. i think you're pretty much screwed. try to find out who bought the dogs and see if you can buy them back?
