like in the movie the matrix? sure. i've never been able to. but the idea is that the mind is very powerful. people only use ten percent of it normally. if you can find a way to use the rest of your brain you can do almost anything. since thoughts are energy and so are so called "solid" things, you should be able to just about anything. if you can believe it, you can see it. anyway. honestly, i don't know. just telling you what i've heard...

You can really bend a spoon by using your hands. A good magician can even fool you into thinking he did it with his mind. It's an old magic trick that uses misdirection to take your attention away for the split second it takes to bend the spoon.

Contrary to what many people will claim, bending spoons with your mind is impossible. This has been studied extensively, and no one has ever done it under laboratory conditions. Those who claim it is real are either phony scam psychics, (redundant) or people who have been taken in.
The only way to bend a spoon with your mind is for your mind to tell your arm to pick up the spoon and bend it. Or for your mind to tell your mouth to ask somebody else to bend it for you:)

Hand on each end. Apply pressure. Bingo a bent spoon. Or do what many do...just dig into hard icecream and ruin most of the spoons in your drawer...they all will be bent.

Sorry, no. The JREF has a $a million million prize for everybody who can carry out this under controlled circumstances. Many fakers and frauds have tried, none have been able to tutor it relatively is a real subject. it is merely wishful thinking.

1. by using his hands (watch a video of him doing it!)
2. by using a spoon with a previously weakened spot.

The physical way is obviously real.If you are talking about the psychic method it maybe real.Some guy named Deepak Rao can do it.Search about him.
