how do i jump 1 inch higher in 1 day. i dont mean consistently getting 1 inch every day, i just need 1 inch in 1 day

If you only have one day...

1. Jog about 5 minutes before you are measuring.

2. Strech after that until you jump.

If you had longer squating is the key. You should do high reps with little to no weight at first so that you don't hurt yourself or develop any bad habits.
