Im married,to,a,british,citizen(for4month).Im24y.old.,from,non EU country.Can i sue,my,husband,for,domestic,abuse/violence.Also,i,left,him,2weeks,ago,after,he,shout,at,me,to get,out,of,his,house,and,after,an,hour,he,usualy,start,to,appologies.Im,sure,he,have,mental,problems.I called,the,Police,3times,and,they,locked,him,for,sometime,and,after,release,he,became,more,violent,and,.Im,afraid,of,him,but i intend,to,stay,in,UK(ive got 2years marriage,visa).Can,he,do,any,legal,hurm,to,me,or,cancel,my,visa???please,help!!!Is,there,any,chance,to,get,indefinite,stay,in,UK?Thanks

It is difficult to pick out what you are really asking. It may well be that you will NOT be able to stay in UK without taking further steps. You really do need to speak to someone and I would suggest that Citizens Advice would at least be a start. You must not put up with abuse.

not sure if this makes any sense? If your married then you have the rights to occupy your home, free from molestation or abuse. If you are from overseas and have a matrimonial visa, then if the marriage breaks down, then you can be returned home, depends on your immigration status.
It would be best to ask a lawyer for advice, or use the websites here or telephone womens aid.
