On my hard-drive, I'm sick of having to keep my psp connected to hear my music over it.

I ripped a Gwar cd on my 360, but that's about it.

Is there a way to upload music from my computer or psp on my 360?

You first have to have an ethernet cable connected from your 360 to your pc. Then you have to have either Media Player, or Zune on. You also have to install WIndows Media Connect.

Then when you have all that down. Go to Your 360, turn it on, and go to the Media Section and select Computer. Then a the screen will tell you to connect to your pc you must frist download the program that I mentioned: Windows Media Connect. It will give you the website to go to. http://www.xbox.com/pcsetup. Make sure you have Media Player on as well. Then it's going to ask if you installed it and select yes.

Then it will search your pc and once it is done select the option that is highlighted. Once selected, your music that you have in your media player will be shown.

I just burned my music to a disc. Then put the disc in the 360 and there will be an option that says "Rip Music" and you just click that. Then it will store all of those songs to your hard drive.
