In the movie Rocky Balbo, Rocky is a widower. The character Adrian has previously (in 2002) died of cancer. Rocky is running a restaurant, called "Adrians" No, the actress (Talia Shire) has not died in "real life".

Gandalf, BINGO! You're right! In the new movie Rocky Balboa, there is a scene where Rocky is at her grave. And yes, she dies from cancer. However, she was alive and well in all the Rocky sequels until his latest venture this year.

She dies of ovarian cancer just before the story in part 6.

she didn't die in those parts.For the love of God if you watched those movies how could you ask a question like that.She died before part 6, filmed this year, I think it was from cancer.
