yes because i have seen on TV a lot of people who had worked there saying about what they have seen there. I don't think they would have any reason to lie.

not anymore.. area 51 is still an active base above and below ground. If you had a treasure chest and everyone knew where it was, would you keep your gold in there?
A better place to keep that sort of thing would be an island or in the artic or antartica. Somewhere, where they could be tested without putting on a show.
