Well you don't kiss your friends; it's a deeper feeling in a relationship than a friendship.

Wow,

I remember when I was 15 too - and I had the same feelings as you do. Finding the right person to be with is very important - and that right person can only be with you in a relationship.

You can always be friends as long as the person you want to be with will love you no matter what happens - even if it means for them not to have you. You have a lot of time to find that special someone and try to make sure that when you do get in a relationship - that it's something you want and will make compromises for, without violating your boundaries of course.

Benefits of a Relationship: Affectionate feelings, Adoration, Dates, Intimacy, Communication, Deep Personal Connection, Fun, Happiness (of course), Love, Laughing

Benefits of a Friendship: ALL of the above as well.

Actually to think about it - there is almost no real difference between Relationship and Friendship as long as you love each other. However - relationships will oblige you to be more communicative and sharing with the other. Sometimes friendship will ask for the same thing - but it's not as necessary.

For me - my boyfriend and I were friends first and then came together. We could never really imagine each other with other people, but know that if that ever happens - we will always be friends. We know how important we are to each other.

For starters, relationships are very intimate. Meaning that if you're lucky, the person you're sharing one with may have a connection with you and isn't afraid to share it. Most relationships fail without that "connection". Though, it can be very awkward if the relationship should end and then becoming friends again can be difficult.

Relationship take that one step further - intimacy.

Friendships only allows room for 'confidence'; happiness; buddy-system; and morale support.

Whereas with relationships, there is a mutual understanding of one another's needs; one another's wants; and one another's expectations. With relationships, you can feel a very unique connection which your partner may not share with anyone else but you. That's the biggest difference.

Cheers,

Sex, a level of intimacy that friendship doesn't allow, trust in a way that friendship can't come close to, a sence of belonging and being comfortable that you just can't get from friendship.
