i have so many accessories- earrings, bracelets, handbags, shoes, belts etc.
how can i USE them? i always tend to either be too bored to put them on when i'm getting dressed or i just forget. how can i make it a habit to use my accessories?

I have the same problem sometimes too.
I usually look at fashion magazines and see how they are coordinating their accessories and try to recreate a look that I like by using what I have. Sometimes I have a color scheme going on too. For example, if I'm wearing a red shirt with golden hearts on it, I'll find some golden earrings and maybe a red bracelet. Other times, I'll wear a long white shirt and have a belt around my waist over the shirt. There's a LOT of other techniques too.
To make it a habit, all you need to do is lay out your clothes for the next day and put your accessories there so you won't forget. Or, you could write yourself a note to remind yourself about using your accessories.

When you shose an outfit if it is a low top make sure you recognize the open area between your neck line and the top of the shirt in this case wear a necklace if your hair is simi pulled back or all the way wear earings so as not toexpose your lobes if you are wearing a short sleeve shrt wear bracelets how i reming myself is to always look at the empty spots on my body to add bling also in order for me to remind myself at first i would put a postit note on the mirror of where my jewelry isc

Well start to mix and match your bracelts and try to think that you wil look great in it and then you would be excited to wear them and you wont forget!!!!
