Every woman's genetic make-up is different. What works for one family's breast support won't for everyone. It might just be some families have more perky breast.
Exercising your pectoral muscles will help, give you lift you want. :)

My # Uno Advice is to sleep in a bra! The women in my family I guess you can say are living proof of this. My 63 year old great Aunt has very perky and youthful looking breast... My grandma however, does not. She tells us the main difference in her and my great aunt, is that my aunt slept in a bra everynight. I have gotten endless compliments on mine--(not in the perverted way) but i go out a lot in spaghetti straps without any support, & my girl friends always get mad at me because they cannont tell a diff in when i'm wearing one vs. when i'm not. And I'm a D cup. So yes girls, there are ways to beat all the fake breasted women out there in their own game.
Sleep in a Bra.I used underwire, but use a Sports Bra if you have to! & some dum-bell(sp?) routines are something that can definitely support it as well. However, it is not always necessary.

-It's worked for all the women in my family, so i know it works!

Some T-Arm workouts are also a good practice to use if you're already in the saggier dept.

I don't think a pill will repair the connective tissue in your breasts. Try doing chest exercises with light weights.

Forget about "miracle cures" - they are a waste of money. Exercising your breast muscles (gym, pushups) will help if you are still quite young and if the tissue if not too loose.
