Hi there again Purepink. All the hotels in Peterborough will be disability/wheelchair friendly. For a list go to Yell.com: Hotels in Peterborough. All the black cabs should have the ramps with them. Make sure when you book. Yell.com: the taxi services as well for numbers. The majority of taxi drivers in Peterborough are Asians, but all good blokes.

All hotels should have wheelchair access as thats the law. And most good hotels will have ground floor rooms for disabled guests or a hotel lift for access. Try contacting some of the large hotel chains with branches in Peterborough for specific details of facilities.

Speak to the guesthouses listed on Smooth Hound Systems http://www.smoothhound.co.uk/ to see if they can be of help or if they can't, to direct you appropriately. A good taxi service in Peterborough will have at least one car that is wheelchair friendly so use http://www.yell.com/ to find taxi companies.
