Have they not offered you an ultrasound?
Are you in any pain, don't want to worry you but it could be ectopic, this may explain the raise in your hormone levels.
I really hope that everything works out for you, miscarriage is hard enough without it being at this time of year.
I will pray for you x

Not normal, but not uncommon either. My sister went through the same thing with my second nephew. She had had a UTI and she was bleeding some and they thought she had miscarried because of it. Told her twice she had miscarried. But after a month, she just did not feel right. She called her doctor back and they did both a blood test and sonogram and her son was sitting up in there cool as day!!!!

Bleeding will through off the HCG hormone in your blood and bring it down to levels that are not enough to accurately determine a positive pregnancy. That s what happened to my sister in law. But she did in fact turn out to be pregnant and delivered my healthy nephew.

I would ask for an trasnvaginal ultrasound. A good friend of mine had the exact same thing happen...her #'s went down and she was bleeding and she was told she had miscarried. She went back for more bloodwork and her #'s had gone back up a little...they did an ultrasound and saw a little baby with a heartbeat...she is now 26 weeks pregnant and baby is healthy!
Ask for a 2nd opinion...I think your little bean may be trying to hold on!!! Many prayers for ya!

Yep. It sounds precisely like my miscarriage. i found out my infant had stopped bobbing up and chosen to miscarry on my own (no d&c) and while the bleeding began it sounded precisely like what you're experiencing. and additionally I had no indicators of miscarriage in the previous the bleeding. I nevertheless felt pregnant and each thing... I had no clue the newborn became already long gone... then it took my physique some extra days to start truthfully bleeding and all that. i'm so sorry for you loss yet you will desire to think of roughly your guy or woman wellness now and se somebody ASAP - i could have already been to the ER at 1st sight of heavy blood... i could recommend you bypass ASAP! they'd desire to be sure you're ok. additionally it takes awhile to your HCG stages to bypass bypass into opposite to ordinary after miscarriage so which you will desire to nevertheless "experience" pregnant as a results of fact the stages are nevertheless above the place they'd desire to be. sturdy luck and god bless.... i'm sorry...

Yes, get an ultrasound done; that will tell you everything.
One explanation is that you may have miscarried a twin, I did but it took a little longer for the numbers to come up.

You could have been pregnant for twins and miscarried the other twin OR you could be threatened to have a miscarriage soon. Go to the drs. again, you NEED to, to make sure the baby is safe.

If your number is still going up your still pregnant. This may be a threatened m/c.....I would keep it easy for a days! Sounds like you got a strong bean in there!

If you had a M/C the number goes away unless you didn't pass everything!
