it means the school has a plan to teach students who are located at distant locations, through internet, correspondence, or interactive tv with partner schools. Most schools are doing it through iternet these days.

When I worked at the hospital they had satellite training,but all it meant was that you were not on your own,you had to follow or follow someone.More or less like a hands on training.This could be something different.

It means training at a smaller facillity ,and not on the main campus.

I think it means you aren't on the normal campus or you could be on site at a hospital instead of in a classroom.
