I live in Ohio, and the weather this time of year is very cold. It's also a sleepover. The grils attending are ages 13-15.

Go in your basement or outside until the show is over than play quiet games

I don't know the length of the program, but would it be possible to plan another activity in another part of the house at this time? - A game in the dining room, snacks in the kitchen, etc.? This could work if it's an hour or a 30-minute program.

Otherwise, if she wants to watch something like a New Year's Party, or something that will take a few hours, perhaps all of you could enjoy watching it together.

haha thats sucks.. my recommendation would be to either watch the program with your grandma.. or bust out some board games to keep your friends busy. charades is a good one.. i dont know if the noice level will be low enough to keep the lil sis asleep but thats pretty much a see as u go thing.. U guys can take pictures too.. dress up maybe in themes for diff pics.. =) hope this helps

Is it possible to move the television -- or is it on a cable line?

Is it possible to record the show so she can watch it later?

If your room to hang out is too close to your sisters, and there isn't any other place to hang out, ask your mom/dad/grandma what would be the best solution for all.... they may just tell you to be in the room closest to your sisters and "be quiet" -- but respectively ask them if there is another solution available.
