I go to a private school, and theres only 8 girls in my class. We all are very good friends, and we hang out alot. But theres always a time when someone gets mad at someone, and when the girls in my class get mad, we tend to gossip about the one were mad at. Even if they ARE your good or best friend. People say that everyone does this when they get frusturated, but im wondering, if you gossip about your best friend even if you don't mean what you say, should they still consider you their friend? Or should they not trust you anymore?

Gossiping is never Ok. if you do it you risk too much, besides, when you gossip, you demerit yourself, not the person you gossip about. So it is plain wrong. When you do it, the people you tell it to is going to thnk that you also speak trash about them when not together. So, it is more a matter of personal dignity and respect for others.
Get a very good friend you can talk to, but explain that you are frustrated about what bothers you. Express your frustration, don't make others look bad. The very best people you can talk your frustrations out with are your parents if enough trust has been built.

Everyone gossips. Look at all of the gossip magazines you can buy. Just try not saying anything you would'nt want to be confronted with. If you say something really horrible and untrue I don't think they should trust you! But if they still want to be your friend..well thats up to them.

Gossiping is normal but that doesn't mean it is right. Every once in a while you are going to have friends that really get on your nerves and you are going to want to talk about that friend but, try as much as you can to not talk about that person especially if it is your best friend.

Sometimes, If they are your best friend and you tend to whisper about her and say bad things about her it's going to be complicated. I knew somebody was whispering about me gossiping, letting all my secrets get to the whole class. I found it very hard to belive when it was my best friend! She isn't my freind anymore because she betrayed me, and hurt my feelings badly. everyone doesn't like me because of the secrets they heard. Now think about the question again. Is gossiping okay??

Perfect a way to be honest to all of your friends and don't say anything behind their back that you wouldn't say to their face. everybody gossips. Stand by what you say at all times no matter what.

Well gossiping isnt going to help anyone it just makes it harder so i think you should think of a new way to settle it instead of gossiping! I guess i am trying to say gossiping is bad...Good luck!!!

Never, ever say anything that you don't mean. Why would anyone trust you if you cannot be a true friend to them? Remember, what goes around, comes around. Those words you said might just come back to bite you.

gossiping...it's more bad than good...but it's fun and sometimes you can't help it...talking about one's best friend behind her back isn't a nice thing to do,but if u don't mean to say bad things and she knows that,it shouldn't damage a friendship.
