That would depend on the terms of the agreement when you got the phone. 3 way calling is not usually free.
So you won't be paying for the minutes you're using on the line, but you MIGHT be charged with the time you are 3-way-ing.
Best to call your provider and ask.

It depends on your carrier and your plan. I am with Sprint and that is covered in my plan so after 7PM (because i paid the additional $5) I can have a three way call and I won't get charged unless I'm roaming...but I can call anywhere in the nation.
You might want to check and READ your contract.

Absolutely as all have said, read your contact and/or contact your service provider. I have "Pay as You Go" on my cellular phone, therefore, anything done costs me minutes. Some plans allow 3 way calling, others will charge. It all depends what plan and service provider you are with.

No, it's based on when you started the call. In order to take advantage of the free period, you'd need to hang up then call people back.

yes it is true when you are talkin 3 way it cost more on any cell phone brand well if you don't have a special brand
