You're getting SPAMmed. The fact that it is going to your spam folder is good. But once your email address is compromised, and you start receiving spam, there is no way to completely stop it.
My advice is to maintain three email addresses.
One for your family and friends. Never use it on-line on a form or anything for registration purposes, as that is how the email address gets compormised to start with.
Second email address for banks and credit cards etc... which generally safekeeps your address, but always safer to have another one.
Third - one that you will change every so often, cause you will get spammed. Use this on anything you have to provide an email address for - on the Internet. On-line tickets or filling out a form, or an Amazon purchase or anything like that.

Delete 'em, dump 'em in spam, report 'em as abuse, whatever. The one thing to get into the habit of doing is NOT to open them, just in case!

They're trying to defeat your spam filter; looks as though the filter is winning.
