How can I complain about a UK banner advert? Is there a organisation that looks over it like TV advertising?

The Advertising Standards Authority can deal with complaints about UK internet adverts, as they can do with most kinds of adverts. They also have an online complaints form, which there's a link to below.

OF TEL - television standards. call directory enquiries to get their number or cheaper... check the internet.
