You are now going to practice what you learned in your PowerPoint tutorial. You will create a PowerPoint presentation using the following criteria:
You will use the PowerPoint software that you have on your local computer. Or if you do not have PowerPoint on your local computer, then go to the Course Information area and click on the link "Microsoft Office access" to see your school's policy on providing Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). If you have additional questions, contact your instructor.
Visual interest in a slide show is one of the most important things to remember. If you have a boring or visually unattractive presentation, no one will pay attention to the slide show and your message will not get across. So remember rules like "never use more than three text slides in a row" and "only use a maximum of three fonts, all 18 points or larger." This will make for an original, creative presentation that your viewers will love.
The topic will be of your choosing as long as it meets your school requirements of a proper educational topic. If you want to choose a topic and you are not sure it will be acceptable, email your instructor for permission. Remember the rules for vocabulary and graphics in an educational environment. If you have questions, contact your instructor.
You will complete a minimum of five slides in the PowerPoint show.
Slide layout should be different on at least two slides.
Slide design or background image should be applied.
Minimum of two images should be inserted.
You must have transitions included between each slide.
Save your slide show as yourlastnameJob53
