i need these spacific ones thought i need the little bars at the bottom of the page and i need a splatter brush but with lines like they are combined so the splatters and lines are together can any one help me

You can use the default brushes, as that image doesn't look like it needs special brushes, just make them bigger or smaller depending, and for splattering you can use filters or edit the options for a brush... but if you really want brushes check out this link: http://www.photoshopbrushes.com/brushes.htm

That effect could be created when combining two brush together. To get a more raggedy effect instead of using your soft brush, use your pencil tool or a hard edged eraser, with those brush.

The closest I can find of the brushes is from Miss M. It should work out quite well with Photoshop 7 =]

you could try looking for it on deviantart.com. just type photoshop brush on search.
