My ex moved to another state, I have no address, I gave all the info to the local authorities but it has been already 9 months without results.

If they don't find him, never. If they do find him, and he has no money, never. If they find him, and he has a job and money, then it should be the following month.

You will have to be able to provide an address, phone number and place of employment with soc. # to that city, state family court and yours and wait--it could take forever, my father was famous for moving just as the courts caught up to him, he thought he was safe once my younger sister turned 18, he felt he wouldn't have to pay anything because they never caught him....well that was 10 yrs ago and he is paying--the court systems have garnished his retirement, and social security and at tax time if there is a refund guess what...my mom gets that too... So your ex may be able to run, but he can't run forever...

well they have locate him first, then serve him. IN other instances sometimes the attorney general's office issues a warrant out for his arrest..But it depends, Are u about to open a case on him? Or is there already an order to enforce a certain amount, and he has failed to pay? if thats the case, hes balance is increasing * backpay/

Good Luck on this one. You may never see this money in your life time. I have raised my children on my own and child support has never collected much of anything on my behalf. There is a judgement against my ex but he never pays it.

Good luck getting it from another state. A girlfriend of mine is still waiting on hers and it has been 16 years!
