Go to the sirius website and use the fm frequency finder. It allows you to enter in your zip code and find the best fm frequency for your area.

We use 87.9 but you can change your frequency's whenever, I know when we drive into diffrent cities there are alot of radio stations around that frequency so we end up changing it 3-4 times. Just play around with it until you find a good frequency.
