Do children of a princess hold the title of prince or princess in saudi arabia or is that just for children of a prince in the family

No. If a princess is married we say to a man with out a title, the children do not have the title prince or princess. But if both parent have the title then their off springs also have the title.

only princes ... because in Islam the children take their father's name and "blood line"
