If you mean tiki Barber then go with Jones-Drew. Tiki gets very few red zone carries, while Jones-Drew has something like 14TDs this year.
If you mean Marion Barber then go with Marion Barber even though he and Jones-Drew should have about the same point value this week. Marion Barber is on a team with a mopre explosive offense so he might get a few more goal line carries than Jones-Drew.

start Jones-Drew.
he should be rookie of the year (although with all the Reggie Bush hype machine still in full gear despite a mediocre season, Bush might win even though he got doubled up in TDs by Jones-Drew on similar total yards.
M. Barber might get a bunch of second half touches, but the Chargers will just be killing clock at that point, so he's not likely to put up big numbers. T.Barber has some potential, but the Giants are in such an offensive free-fall right now it doesn't seem like any of them are good starts.

You definitely have to go with Jones-Drew against a pretty bad Kansas City defense. Jones-Drew has been on a tear lately. He has gotten at least 1 TD every game since week 10. Plus, with Fred Taylor out, Jones-Drew will get the bulk of the carries. Jones-Drew is a top ten fantasy play. You have to go with him.
Barber is only a goal line back that will split carries. One rule in fantasy football is that if you're in a stalemate of who to play then you go with the player who will get more touches. Don't expect much touches or production from Barber.
Start Jones-Drew.

Jones drew should be a lock. He will be rookie of the year and he will put up atleast 100 yards and 1 td. Barber hasnt really done much the past couple of weeks
