Yes you can do..... open internet options.... click 'Settings' against 'change how webpages are displayed....' and choose 'always open pop-ups in the new tab' option.

perhaps not as versatile as what you're searching for, yet you may set your "abode" web page to be numerous tabs - this may open up a set of tabs whenever you commence the browser or click the abode button on your toolbar. bypass to IE equipment, internet concepts, then the overall Tab. arising numerous abode pages is so common as hitting the enter key to bypass down a line, one URL in step with line. internet Explorer will open all of your position pages once you commence internet Explorer, or once you click on the abode button on the toolbar.
