The pressure gauge on our combi boiler has increased into the red zone and it says on it that we should bleed a radiator to let out the pressure. Having done this at a previous house I was looking for a valve on the radiators, but cannot see one on any of them. They are all pretty much identical so I've taken a couple of pictures to show what they look like.

husquarana - I have looked at the back but cannot see anything that looks like a valve to me. There is a very small 'screw' (??) that sticks out about a millimetre but is smooth - this is on the top right hand corner at the rear. There is the temp gauge on the bottom left hand side. There is also a covered gauge on the bottom right which is attached to the pipe coming out of the floor.

Higher pressure in boiler could be sign of many factors including air bubbles in the system.
Air comes in from where water is leaking out.
So find that location.
Radiators or pipes leading to radiators must have air vents to let air out. Boilers have valves for fill or drain.
If none of the above helps, the only way would be to loosen (not open) the union next to the radiator valve to let water to leak out.

I'm thinking that screw that's smooth. Is there a way to shut the system down and see if that could be the release valve for the steam/air.
The other way would be to call the company and ask them.
