to buy music? as far as i know nothing for register but you do have to buy the music so ull need a cc anyways

an iTunes account is free. To put music on it, you need an iTunes Music Card which come in amounts of $15, $25, $30, and $50. I hope this helps!

It doesn't cost to make an account. You have to enter your credit card for vertification (of age) and if you ever want to buy music on iTunes they charge your credit card. They won't charge you for making an account. If you don't want to get your credit card charged (but you want to get some music) feel free to get an iTunes Music Card! Feel free to call 1800-MY APPLE

I don't think it costs any money to make an account. You just need to have a credit card number.
