Ask your supervisor or manager.

In my experience, black slacks or a knee length black skirt is fine. Casual usually means nice slacks or skirt and a proper dress shirt versus wearing a business suit. You don't dress like your going out to a club, but dress like you were going over someone's house for a nice dinner. If you have sleeveless tops, I recommend wearing a nice blazer with it.

As suggested by others, I would check with your supervisor. Many companies have a formal list of what is acceptable and what is not. If your company has an intranet or an employee manual, it will probably be listed there.

I think it would work for business casual. All depends I guess on exactly where you work etc. etc. If starting a new job, maybe wait and see what seems to be acceptable by looking at what others are wearing.

It is appopiate.. make sure you have nice accesories to go with it. like a beautifull necklace that covers your chest. Since it is sleveless, you should also wear a nice bracelet.
