T-mobile service?

I am from Malaysia. Is there any american friends can help me on this question?
What does it mean by "The subscriber you've dialed is not in service?" I have a friend using T-mobile service, and i couldn't reach this friend in these few days. Does it mean my friend is no longer using T-mobile service or my friend is in an area that is unreachable?

Well, i have sent out tons of email to this friend. It's been 5 days for not having news from him. Never see him on AIM too. I am kinda worried if something happen to him. @_@

Your friend may be currently out of service for several reasons.
He (or She) could be using a pre-paid service and has run out of time and has not yet up-dated their service with a new card. It is the Holiday season and funds might be kinda tight. They may also have changed services, gotten a new phone and not transferred their number to it yet. They could also be in an area where T-mobile service is not available yet.

It means their phone service is disconnected. Perhaps they did not pay their bill on time and T-Mobile cut their phone off.

not in the area that has t-mobile service - can you email your friend ?

That means his phone is cut off or dosent have a tmpobile tower where he lives if he moved. That is most likely wat happened if his phone and internet isnt working. Soon as his phone starts workin youll hear from him
