Gogol is a master of Russian fiction. If it is what you meant.
Otherwise Google and Yahoo are both Search Engines and Service Providers.
But as such Google is the First and the Biggest Search Engine.Yahoo also started the features after later stages.I find that as the only difference.

`Gogol' is a Russian writer considered the founder of realism in Russian literature. His works include the story “The Overcoat” and the novel Dead Souls.
I'm in a bit of a flippant mood and I just couldn't resist, but lots of other people will give you a serious answer. :-)

Yahoo is better. You have search engines, Yahoo Answer!, e-mail, and games. You mean google not gogol? Google is just a search engine.

I assume you mean google. They actually offer very similar services, google offers email, question and answers, news, weather, and of course is a search engine. The yahoo interface is more user friendly. Yahoo has games, Google has a document and spreadsheet reader.
Google also owns a lot of other massiver services like youtube.

Both are Search Engines. but Google is basically a copy cat of Yahoo.
Yahoo has much more to offer in custormer service
Yahoo is much more user friendly than Google.
Googe tends to fasten it's spyware or companyies which use spyware and ads onto yahoo pages and ads.
Google are much more commercial and clutters up it's information with so much commercialization it's oten usless to go there.

I think you mean google, which is a search engine. Their e-mail lets you store and archive mail better than anyone in my opinion. However you must be invited to be a member.

i think you are asking for both the sites well they are more or less same coz both serves in the same manner,its jst yahoo is more familiar to all whereas google is a typical searching site.
