The graves which are used for film purposes are specifically dug to suit the film.

However, some films actually do film scenes in real cemeteries (basically panning the graves to show a large cemetery). No one actually runs over or disturbs the graves which are filmed.

since they likely only exist on a set, not a real grave yard, one could guess that the set is actually raised up, with walls build to simulate the sides of the grave
